From Concept to Keys
Our process to ensure your experience with Waddell Projects is as seamless and minimal-stress as possible. Here’s how we generally work with you from start to finish:
New Client Information Form
To begin, we’ll ask you to complete our New Client Information Form. This easy-to-fill-out form allows us to understand the details of your project and gather all the information necessary to move forward.
Reach Out
After receiving your form, we’ll contact you to confirm your project details and ensure that everything aligns with our services. If additional information is needed, we’ll reach out to let you know.
Review & Site Meeting
Once we’ve reviewed your information, we’ll schedule a site meeting if your project is a good fit for our team. This allows us to assess the space and gain a better understanding of your goals, preferences, and the overall scope of work.
Requirements & Estimate
After the site visit, if you don’t yet have the required plans for your project, we’ll guide you through the steps involved to obtain these.
Once the plans are finalised we will provide you the options of receiving either:
- A budget estimate, which gives you a general idea of the overall cost; or
- A detailed estimate, breaking down all costs, including materials, labour, and specific project requirements.
Contract & Project Start
Once you’ve reviewed and agreed on the estimate and the expected timeframe for the project, we’ll move forward with the contract signing and thereafter begin construction.
